During production, our products go through the following process:
Production is always carried out according to the approved recipe and approved technological processes. The components received from suppliers are checked in the warehouse of Silanus Ltd., and then they are released to the production area by the warehouse in the order of the production schedule.
In the Mixing Department of Silanus Ltd., the product is assembled based on the recipe, then the filling process takes place in the Packaging Department, where the filling machines load the specified amount of product into the primary packaging material. Then the product receives the necessary printing packaging materials, in the case of Silver-Age products, the labels, on which all the necessary product information can be found.
The outer packaging of the product will always indicate the production identification number and the expiration date.
During the production process, multiple sampling is carried out to check the proper quality of the product.
From the Silver-Age products, all the face creams in jars, our serum in pump packaging, our hand cream in tubes, body lotions filled in pump bottles, and shower gels in bottles are all manufactured in Silanus Ltd.
